Your email address, if you submit it through the newsletter form in our footer. That is the only personal information this site asks you for.

Anonymous usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites.

We do not take bookings, payments, passport details, or card numbers on this site. There is no account to create and no password to store.

We use your email address to send occasional resort news, promotions, and travel guidance, and to reply if you write to us. We do not sell, rent, or trade it.

Newsletter sign-ups are recorded in a private Google Sheets workbook, hosted by Google. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the page.

Clicking a booking link takes you to sandals.com, which is operated by a separate company with its own privacy policy and its own cookies. Anything you enter there — including payment and traveller details — is handled by them, not by us. We never see it.

The link carries our agent referral code so the resort knows the booking came through us. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Write to contact@bluewavegetaways.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will remove you from the list on request, with no questions asked.

If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data rights — such as the EU, the UK, or California — those rights apply to you, and the same address is how you exercise them.

This site is aimed at adults planning travel and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
